RULES FOR PUBLIC SPEAKING:      Every speaker must complete a Public Comment Form and turn into the City Clerk PRIOR to the start of the meeting.  Every speaker shall speak at the podium near the front of the room and provide their name when speaking.  Each speaker will have three (3) minutes to speak on a single topic.  All remarks shall be addressed to the Board of Aldermen / Planning and Zoning Commission and not to the applicants or any members of staff.  Please note that public comments and public hearings are not a question and answer with the Board.    Comments for public hearings on the agenda will be heard during the Public Hearing portion of the meeting.  The Open Forum portion of the meeting is where all other topics, listed or not listed on the agenda, may be addressed.  We ask that EVERYONE adhere to these rules so that the meeting can be conducted in an orderly and timely manner.
