Calling all Dardenne Prairie residents! We are excited to announce that our annual Prairie Pet Contest is now open for entries. There are multiple categories, including cats, dogs and other pets which include our reptile, avian, and other animal friends. This contest is open to everyone, including those outside of Dardenne Prairie (who will compete in the Friends of Dardenne Prairie category). To enter, simply send an image via email with your name, address, phone number and pets name to grace.wenzel@dardenneprairie.org.
Voting will take place on Prairie Day, September 26th, 2026. Don't miss out on your chance to win!
Winner will be asked to attend some events as "Dardenne Prairie Pet of the Year.
