The City of Dardenne Prairie is excited to introduce a brand-new community event; Our inaugural 4th of July celebration, Liberty Rocks: A Star-Spangled Celebration of Freedom, taking place at City Hall Park. This full-day event will feature a morning parade, live music, food trucks, family activities, and a fireworks finale, bringing together residents and families from across our community. Summer Concerts & Food Truck Rally
Each summer, the City of Dardenne Prairie Parks & Recreation Department proudly presents the Summer Concerts. These free outdoor concerts provide a great way to enjoy the summer with family and friends. Event located at City Hall Park, at 2032 Hanley Road, Dardenne Prairie. Residents and visitors are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets. Concessions will be available for purchase. We look forward to seeing you this summer!
Prairie Day
Join us for a fun-filled day with your friends and neighbors. Prairie Day includes vendors and local businesses. Children’s activities include inflatables, face painting, and a rock-climbing wall. A variety of food trucks will be available for purchase throughout the day and may choose to stay for concert.
Tree of Lights
In honor of the Salvation Army’s continued support of St. Charles County residents who are in need, the City of Dardenne Prairie will host their Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony in City Hall Park.
Mission Clean Stream
For over 20 years, volunteers have worked across St. Charles County to clean up local streams. Greenway Network has generously provided support by supplying gloves, bags, free volunteer t-shirts, and safety training (available in registration materials). A big thank you to Greenway Network for their continued assistance! Volunteers are crucial in helping us protect and clean our watersheds, which are vital to the health of our community, supporting wildlife and a variety of land uses.
