The City of Dardenne Prairie has launched a master planning effort for Barathaven Park focused on turning previous planning and community priorities into actionable improvements. Working with SWT Design, the City will evaluate recreational amenities, park access and connectivity, lake improvements, environmental and maintenance needs, programming opportunities, and priorities for future investment. Public engagement events are planned to provide residents are park users opportunities to provide feedback and help shape the future of this important regional park asset.
Current public engagement opportunities include:
- Prairie Day on September 26, 2026 at the SWT tent
- Open house on October 13, 2026, at Dardenne Prairie City Hall, 5-7 pm
BaratHaven Park consists of 94 acres of land maintained by the City of Dardenne Prairie.
