NOTICE OF PUBLIC REVIEW PERIOD AND PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF DARDENNE PRAIRIE STORMWATER MANAGEMENT PLAN

Notice is hereby given that the City of Dardenne Prairie, Missouri is providing a public review and comment period for the City’s draft Stormwater Management Plan (SWMP) prepared in connection with the renewal of the City’s Missouri Department of Natural Resources Phase II Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Permit, Permit No. MOR04C067.

The City’s SWMP describes the City’s Stormwater Management Program and the best management practices used to reduce pollutants in stormwater runoff to the maximum extent practicable.

The public comment period will be open from June 30, 2026 through July 30, 2026. Written comments may be submitted through the City’s website or mailed to:

Comments must be received by July 30, 2026.

A public hearing will be held before the Board of Aldermen on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at Dardenne Prairie City Hall, 2032 Hanley Road, Dardenne Prairie, Missouri 63368. The purpose of the public hearing is to present the City’s draft SWMP and receive public comments regarding the City’s Stormwater Management Program and MS4 permit renewal.
