Development Process Overview
1. Pre-application or concept review
Coordinate early to identify major engineering, stormwater, utility, traffic, easement, and code considerations.
2. Plan submittal
Submit improvement plans, stormwater report, grading plan, erosion control plan, traffic study if required, easements, plats, and supporting documents.
3. City review
Respond to review comments, revise plans, and coordinate with Planning/Zoning, Building, and other reviewing agencies as needed.
4. Permits and pre-construction
Obtain required permits, provide deposits or escrows, confirm contractor requirements, and attend a pre-construction meeting when required.
5. Construction and inspections
